It has been three months and I’ve lost almost 30 pounds since I had the procedure. All I can think is that I would have liked to do this long ago! It has had a very positive impact on my life because it keeps me motivated to improve my habits and challenge myself for more. What I especially liked about this procedure was that it was not invasive and allowed me to go back to my normal tasks almost a couple of days afterward. 

Nowadays, it helps me to become easily satisfied with smaller portions of my meals than before, so yes! I would definitely recommend this to my friends or any person who wants to have this kick-start and improve their health.
