Your first consultation
We start by listening to your health history and goals. A Patient Navigator guides this conversation, and if ESG fits, our clinician explains everything clearly. Together, we'll design your plan around your life—choosing your procedure date, location, and financing options.
Preparation
Your pre-procedure week
In virtual sessions with your doctor, dietitian, and nurse practitioner, we’ll cover all the details to know before, during, and after your procedure. No question is too small, no concern is left unaddressed.

Your appointment
After check-in, you'll change into a gown and get your IV started. The procedure itself takes 20-90 minutes while you're under anesthesia. Recovery is 1-2 hours of rest, and then you're cleared to head home.
